Training, method, and the shape of the work.
A practice grounded in formulation, clinical depth, and evidence-based methods. The aim is not to force everyone through the same script, but to build therapy around the person in front of us.
Precision with warmth.
Therapy is most useful when it is clear, well-held, and adapted carefully to the actual pattern rather than the broad category.
Work across hospitals, communities, and schools.
Trauma-informed support for 180+ clients, including children in residential care, using TF-CBT and art-based interventions alongside psychosocial assessment and individualised support planning.
Evidence-based interventions across inpatient and outpatient psychiatric services for schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, OCD, personality disorders, and substance use.
Support for adolescents, parents, and educators alongside teaching senior secondary psychology. Bridging clinical insight and developmental context.
Individual counselling for young adults and adolescents presenting with anxiety, stress, low mood, and academic concerns.
"The method follows the formulation. What a person carries is not a disorder to be managed — it is a pattern that made sense once, and can be understood again."
Education and licensing
Professional Diploma in Clinical Psychology with distinction, MA in Clinical Psychology with first class, and a strong academic and applied training base.
Methods used with discretion
The method follows the formulation. Treatment choices are made carefully, based on what the person and situation actually require.
Not a script. A considered presence.
Formulation First
Before any technique, I try to understand why this pattern exists for this particular person in this particular life. Formulation is not a label — it is a map.
Range of Methods
CBT, DBT, ACT, TF-CBT, ERP — the method is chosen for the problem, not the other way around. No one modality fits every presentation.
Clinical Depth
Trained across inpatient, outpatient, NGO, and school settings. The range of presentations I have worked with informs how I read complexity without oversimplifying it.
Cultural Competence
Sessions in English and Hindi. Aware of the specific pressures, family structures, and social scripts that shape psychological experience in Indian contexts.
A clear process, held with flexibility.
Consultation
A free 20-minute call to understand what brings you here and whether the fit feels right.
Assessment
History, context, present concerns, goals, and the deeper logic behind the pattern are explored carefully.
Therapy
45-minute sessions shaped by the formulation, with enough structure to be useful and enough flexibility to remain human.
Integration
The aim is not dependence on therapy, but insight, steadiness, and skills that hold outside the room.
If the method matters to you, the next step is still simple.
You do not need a polished narrative to begin. Only enough honesty to say what feels difficult right now.
